AI and Data Analytics are now positively applied to legal documents and data, however without the appropriate context and the document structure the knowledge extracted, classified, grouped, inferred are not well connected each other. In the legal domain the context is fundamental in particular concerning the jurisdiction, the temporal parameters, the spatial dimension, the interrelationship between obligations and derogations. For this reason, the BitNomos team developed customized AI and data analytics techniques to combine Akoma Ntoso knowledge annotation with the Machine Learning and Deep learning advantages. Hybrid solution using AI, LegalXML standards, Semantic web, Legal Ontologies is our approach for preserving the power of the legal knowledge.
